Job OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our site, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, eager to learn, and committed to contributing to the success of our projects.DutiesAssist with loading and unloading materials and equipmentPerform general site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a safe and organized work areaSupport skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as directedHelp in preparing work sites, including setting up tools and materialsTransport supplies and materials within the worksite as neededFollow safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediatelyParticipate in routine maintenance of tools and equipmentSkillsPhysical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks throughout the dayAbility to follow instructions accurately and efficientlyPreference to be given to applicants with construction / landscaping experienceGood communication skills for teamwork and safety complianceBasic understanding of safety procedures in a construction or industrial environment (nice-to-have)Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as requiredPrior experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields is a plus but not mandatoryRequirementsMust have reliable transportation as work sites vary.Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hourWork Location: In person
