Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties. Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software. Maintain, troubleshoot and administer the use of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks and computer workstations and peripheral equipment. Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations. Set up local area networks and connections to the Internet. Troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade web server hardware and software.
