A Warehouse Person is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing products and materials within a warehouse. They ensure inventory accuracy, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and assist with shipping and receiving operations.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.Organize and store inventory in designated locations.Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified).Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate records.Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.Report damaged or missing items to supervisors.Follow company policies and workplace safety procedures.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous warehouse experience is an asset.Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs/23 kg).Basic math and computer skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Forklift certification is an asset.SkillsInventory managementOrder picking and packingShipping and receivingTime managementTeamworkSafety awarenessPhysical staminaWorking ConditionsStanding and walking for extended periods.Frequent lifting, bending, and carrying.Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hourWork Location: In person
